At Peace of Mind, we’re very fortunate to have many great realtor partners who refer their clients to us for tenant placement and property management.
We pay licensed realtors $250 for each referral that does business with us. We greatly appreciate and respect those relationships. And unlike other property management companies, we always refer clients back to their realtor when they choose to buy or sell.
